Frederic Bouvard, FSB LEISURE & CONSULTING President & Senior Consultant, is a genuine entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of multi-cultural experience throughout the world.

He leads a team of seasoned professionals with expertise ranging throughout the scope of services offered by FSB Leisure and Consulting.

In 1991, Frederic started his first company, Dolphin International Creative Entertainment (DICE), which became Disney’s largest live entertainment supplier in 1997. With  over 800 productions  in  over  30 countries, DICE has been contacted by companies such as Disney (Epcot Center, Disney Studios, Animal Kingdom, Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Sentosa Island (Singapore), Everland (South Korea), Ocean park (Hong Kong), Paramount Park (USA), just to name a few. DICE has employed up to 140 people of over 15 different nationalities simultaneously. 

 

In 2000, Frederic created Art & Design, a design and theming construction company. By 2005, the company has become a world leader in its field with references worldwide such as Parque Warner (Spain), Movie Park (Germany), Six Flags Europe (Netherlands), Futuroscope (France), Parc Asterix (France), the GREEK MYTHOLOGY CASINO, at the NEW CENTURY HOTEL in Macau -China (one of Macau largest casino at the time) and the list goes on. Art & Design employed up to 350 people simultaneously.

 

In 2008, Frederic opened his Consulting firm FSB LEISURE & Consulting. Originally working for prestigious leisure attraction companies, the client’s base has since expanded to other fields such as the Food & Beverages, the Hospitality, the High Tech and the Heavy Industry sectors (see above for further references).

 

In 2012, Frederic created the SPLASHWORLD® brand, as well as all related Intellectual Properties. Intended to be developed worldwide through different channels, including comic books, cartoon, video games, etc… the first license has been granted for the development of a waterpark: SPLASHWORLD®PROVENCE.

 

In 2014-2016, Frederic raised 34M Euros and opened his first waterpark, SPLASHWORLD® PROVENCE. Located in the South-East of France, near the city of Avignon, SPLASHWORLD® PROVENCE has become France largest waterpark right from its first full operation season, with an attendance of 217 000 visitors over an 84 operating days season. The park employed up to 275 people simultaneously.

 

At the same time, Frederic opened the first Wave Club®, a mix-use leisure venue centering around the World Largest Surf simulator, DA WAVE®. Spectacular surf spot in the daytime, the Wave Club® turns into an incredible night life venue in the evening attracting over 1 200 guests per night in the peak season. The Wave Club® employed up to 40 people simultaneously.

 

In 2018, Frederic conceived a revolutionary aquarium concept: SPLASHQUARIUM®.

 

Frederic is now working on the development of a large leisure/hospitality destination in theUSA and a never-before-seen restaurant chain concept.
